Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. If the student is unable to attend a class, a minimum of 24 hrs. notice is requested.  We allow you to reschedule or take a course (for equal cost) by emailing us with the course date that you are seeking to attend.  Even if the class is “full”, we will make an accommodation to participate.
  2. Course material will be made available on your Customer Portal page, along with any tools that were provided for that course.  Materials will be added 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  3. It is the student’s responsibility to comply with the established course schedule.
  4. We will also accommodate re-scheduling for a last-minute conflict.
  5. No Refunds will be provided.
