This course provides templates to help you create a HACCP/ GMP plan for your food product/s.

It uncovers the gaps before you invest in 3rd Party Vendors for certifications that larger food service and retailers will require. Sample HACCP Plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Critical Control Points (CCPs), and Flow Charts are provided as tools and guidelines to ensure you are starting with the best processes in place.
