With over 11 years of hands-on experience in product development, marketing, manufacturing, and sales, we know what it takes to turn a great idea into a thriving food brand.
In 2011, after leaving the corporate tech world to launch an online food gifting business, we changed and grew to become a certified gluten-free product line for food gifting and the food service industry. We eventually acquired our co-manufacturer and expanded production of our brand and several other brands
RTL Food Consulting was launched to use my experience to help startups and growing food companies navigate the industry.
